MEMORANDUM
In 2007, the ADHCC will conduct its seventh annual awards program. Designed to recognize outstanding individuals and organizational contributions to the field of adult day health care, the awards also enhance the image of adult day health care within the long-term care continuum.
There are two awards categories – Outstanding Member of the Year and Adult Day Health Care Innovation Award. An ADHCC member may nominate a colleague or herself/himself for the Outstanding Member of the Year Award, or his or her own program or another program for the ADHC Innovation Award.
The two awards will be presented at the annual conference awards dinner on Wednesday, April 18, 2007. In addition, the winner of the Innovation Award will be asked to do a presentation on the innovation at the conference. The time allowed for the presentation and questions and answers will be 45 minutes on Friday, April 20, at 8:15 a.m. Remember that the annual conference will be held April 18-20 at Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, N.Y.
