Periodically, the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (NYAHSA) surveys its members for information on employee salaries. The results of the most recent salary survey were compiled in September 2007 and reflect salaries as of March 2007. The survey includes information on salaries within adult day health care (ADHC) programs for the program director, social worker, staff RN, LPN and CNAs. While the sample size for ADHC is small, it does provide salary information on a statewide and regional basis.

NYAHSA members who completed the survey were provided the survey results free of charge. The results were communicated to administrators and CFOs via e-mail from Darius Kirstein of NYAHSA on Tuesday, October 2.

If your sponsoring facility is a NYAHSA member and participated in the survey, we will advise you how to obtain the ADHC salary survey results free of charge.

If your sponsoring facility is a NYAHSA member but DID NOT participate in the survey, or if your sponsoring facility is NOT a NYAHSA member, we can provide the ADHC salary survey results to you for $75.
